Why Blank Space?
My name is Jacob and I’m here to help. From a young age, I’ve dealt with a wide array of digestive issues which put me on a path to better understand the relationship between food and health. After graduating from University in 2016 with a B.Sc. Nutrition, I dove head first into helping people with diets and fitness. I started a company to coach people on mindful eating practices and to my suprise, wound up working with mostly athletes. Working directly in sports performance, I was exposed to a completely new side of nutrition. In short, this experience opened my eyes to the diversity of needs that people have within diet and wellness.
My goal with creating Blank Space is, simply, to help. Help you heal your gut. Help you lose weight. Help you gain weight. Help you accomplish a goal you’ve set for yourself, may it be be in nutrition or fitness. I’m here to help provide the best science backed approaches to your specific situation while giving you the motivation and support you likely need.
